点击Download
下载完成，双击 WebStorm-2020.3.2.exe，点击next
选择安装位置（路径中不允许有中文）

Update context menu 更新上下文菜单 Add “Open Folder as Project” 添加“打开文件夹作为项目”
Create Associations 创建Associations
Download and install 32-bit JetBrains Runtime
